What type of file do I need to provide?
We prefer a PDF where possible due to the fact that it will print as you see it and we don’t have to worry about formatting changes, however we can also print from Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Publisher and Excel. We can also print from JPG, PNG, TIF and BMP files. If your document or spreadsheet has been created with ‘Apache OpenOffice’ or perhaps a early version of Microsoft Office, there can often be formatting or pagination variations when we open and view your files with a later version of Microsoft Office.
How can I get my file to you?
You can email it to us at team@gawdygreen.co.nz or via our online job request page. For very large files, we can receive these via Dropbox, WeTransfer or other cloud transfer platforms. Alternatively you can bring it in on a USB drive or disc. If it is a hard copy job then you can bring it down or courier it to us.
Some jobs can be done while you wait, and many can be completed the same day wherever possible. Some digital printing however takes a little longer, where production and/or print finishing is more involved. For canvas printing and mounting, please allow several days as every frame is custom made by hand for every canvas print. With larger jobs we work with you to meet your time frame.

What kind of payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card, eftpos, and cash. Alternatively direct transfer via online banking, with prior arrangement for non-account customers.

Do you offer a delivery service?
We can arrange delivery both locally and to anywhere else in New Zealand.
What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday – Friday from 8:30am – 5pm, however if you have an urgent requirement please let us know and we will do our very best to help.
