Like many businesses, Gawdy Green will reopen on Tuesday 28th April under Covid-19 level 3 restrictions. Some things will be different under level 3, the key points being:
- It’s business as usual for the following digial services for customers as it has been throughout the level 4 lockdown: email marketing campaigns; online webforms and data harvesting; real estate floor plans; real estate virtual staging; photo retouching and enhancement.
- No ‘walk in’ face to face jobs, such as copying/printing, scanning or laminating be that from hardcopy original or files you bring in on a USB drive. However you can send your material by courier, and if so please include or email your instructions and contact details.
- Files can be emailed or sent by Dropbox or similar, then printed, laminated etc as normal. You’ll be contacted when your job is complete, so you can come and collect or courier delivery can be arranged.
- The shop front door will be closed. Upon collection, customers with monthly accounts will be handed their job without entering the shop. Where payment is required upon collection, one client at a time may enter, with payment by contactless Paywave only.
- Any customers who enter the shop must provide name and other contact details, for potential contact tracing if required. A minimum of 1 metre distancing must be observed at all times.
- Courier delivery can be arranged for any jobs if required. ‘Pay on collection’ clients will be emailed a tax invoice which is payable by online banking only within 7 days.

Whilst these changes mean things will happen somewhat differently, getting the preparation and compliance right is vital as nobody wants to see a bounce back to Level 4 due to losing the gains so hard won during the lockdown.
